Peggy Chung Collier, our Executive Chef and co-founder, has created these delicious, easy to prepare entrees and salads using Peggy’s Premium™ Edamame. Peggy received her chef’s training from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City. She has worked as an editor for Cook’s Illustrated magazine and worked on the magazine’s television show, America’s Test Kitchen.
